My name is Sophy and I make Ndebele colourful hats which match the Ndebele blanket that has a variety of colours. I have chosen this style because I want to be innovating and different. Most of the people who buy from me are Ndebele married women who are passionate about culture and they wear my designs in ceremonies. My hats are easy to wear and they have a sponge -like material on the inside which allow them to remain in shape. The material that I use is of good quality and very easy to wash in cases of stains. I am a growing artist and hope to produce more clothes infused with not only Ndebele but other Indigenous styles.
